Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be 100% happy with your purchase!

Returns:
If you're not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at toffypetstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exceptions:
Please note that we do not accept returns on:

• Sale or clearance items

• Used or damaged items caused by the customer
